Return Policy
We work to ensure all items are properly represented on our online shop and all sales from our online shop are final. We are unable to process returns for products from our online shop because all sales are final. However, if you need to exchange a product and we have it in stock, we can process an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping time may vary depending on location and other factors related to delivery. Given delivery logistics, we are unable to accept exchanges on international orders. Note: If you are shipping an item for exchange, please consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
